Covid-19 Vaccination and Testing Information

Harper College is asking that InZone students comply with the governor's executive order for meeting the requirements of proof of vaccination or weekly negative covid-19 testing results before attending an in-person class on Harper's campus this summer.

Currently, the executive order is extended through June 25. Children enrolled in camps over the dates of June 6-24 will receive an email to the address on the student's account with information for uploading to the Cleared4 system. To be cleared for Harper, you must provide the student’s vaccination information or testing results the Thursday before coming to campus.

Use the link sent to the email address on the child’s Community Education account (provided to you in an email from no-reply@cleared4work.com) to submit the vaccination / testing results for the child attending the InZone program. This information is required to be able to come to Harper’s campus next week.

  • If you need the email resent to you, please contact the Service Desk. Also, if you have technical problems uploading your documentation contact the Service Desk at 847.925.6199.
  • If you have submitted the student’s documentation after the deadline, thank you. The student can attend all classes as scheduled.
  • If you have not yet submitted the student’s documentation, please do so as soon as possible so that we can continue your InZone program experience uninterrupted. Your cooperation is appreciated.
  • If you are only taking online classes, you are not required to submit vaccination or testing results at this time, however you may continue to get these emails.
  • Visit harpercollege.edu/cleared for more information about this mandate.
