LKD0250 - IDEAShop: Creating a Business Plan: Lemonade Days

Course Description

Funded by a grant from the Fabricators and Manufacturers Association, the IDEAShop: Lemon Days Business Plan Creation puts the tools and technology into the hands of 11-14-year-old students and allows them to take the lead in creating new ideas and building their own businesses in a supportive, professional environment. In 2025, the camp will be working in partnership with the Schaumburg Business Association on a nationwide entrepreneur camp called Lemonade Days. The students will create their own lemonade stands in small groups and develop a business plan. On June 26th, they will operate their lemonade stands locally. The last day of camp will consist of a review of lemonade day and what they learn from the event as business owners.
