Are you tired of feeling overtired, overwhelmed and stressed out? This stress relief class is here to enliven and refresh your mental thoughts and daily habits.
In this 3 week course we will go through the 5 attributes of Mindfulness and how to easily incorporate them into your daily life. You will learn the following: letting go, present moment awareness, guided meditation, time with self, and peaceful breathing practices. By altering how you perceive your stress as well as others' stress, you can change your habits to bring you more peace and less stress in your life.
