Course Description

This course builds on basic cooking and meal planning. You’ll learn to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, appetizers, and desserts with expanded ingredients, incorporating participant suggestions. We’ll enjoy the finished dishes together to practice dining skills. A printed recipe will be provided for your personal notebook.
