Course Description

This course covers basic cooking skills, including menu planning, preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner, appetizers, and desserts with simple ingredients. Learn essential techniques like cutting, spreading, and stove/oven use. The course also addresses budgeting, and students will dine together. Materials and recipes will be provided by the instructor before class.
