This program is designed for supervisors, managers, and emerging leaders to enhance management skills. About Your Instructors:

 Sally Klauss, MBA, CPCC, has an extensive background in management, employee training and development, total quality management and business management. She is also a leadership coach specializing in management development. She has experience teaching this program face-to-face for Riverside Community College.

William A. Draves writes marketing copy on a weekly basis. He has studied under some of the great marketing authorities in the past five decades.

Draves has authored articles on marketing and a Marketing Manual (now in its Sixth Edition) since 1982.  He writes email promotions, website copy, brochures and other print marketing, and a blog and social media. Draves also designs marketing plans.
