Course Description

This is the perfect class to get involved in a variety of different sports activities. Activities will be determined by the interest of the group and input from the instructors and will include kickball, dodgeball, basketball, soccer, flag football, pickleball and many other activities. Emphasis will be on participating in fun group activities while learning and playing. Activities will be inside and outside for this program.
