LMY0040 - Group Guitar: Continuing
Course Description
Continue learning the guitar and dig deeper into its repertoire. Your focus will be on enhancing playing techniques; developing listening skills, developing rhythmic accuracy, and learn new chord progressions. The group will expand the variety of genres covered in the beginners' class and add variations to what has already been learned. You must have a guitar (acoustic or electric) to enroll in this class.
An update will be provided regarding the ability to provide musical instruments for individuals that require this service.

Private Lessons / Instruments Offered for Ages 5-17:
Ages 5-8: Piano, Suzuki piano, orchestral percussion, violin, Suzuki violin, cello, double bass*, guitar (including electric*), jazz guitar, ukulele, banjo*, jazz piano, mandolin, drums, fiddle, voice*, and hand drum.
Ages 9-10: All of the above plus accordion, flute, clarinet, trumpet, double bass, Indian Tabla, harmonica and oud*.
Ages 11-17: All of the above plus viola, oboe, saxophone, bassoon, trombone, French horn, voice, euphonium, and tuba.
Ages 17+ All of the above
*Some instruments require that we meet with younger children for assessment.
