Course Description

Introduction to steel drum offers you the opportunity to learn the steel pan in a group setting. You will learn the basics of playing and reading music in a relaxed atmosphere. Class time is also spent listening to current steel pan recordings and discussing the history of this family of instruments. You must be age 15 or older to enroll.
