Course Description

Learn all the tricks and techniques that chefs and bakers worldwide us to make cookies, cakes, pies and maybe even some bread. No need to pick a favorite because we will be trying them all. Online students only: recipes and ingredient lists will be emailed a few days before the class start date.  Participants are required to provide their own ingredients for online cooking classes. The online program will be taught using Webex.
