Course Description

Think you have the skills to be a top chef? Then take the challenge. Class focus will be on cooking, food preparation and presentation. You will work in small groups on recipes during the week and on the last day a challenge between groups will determine who will win the coveted InZone Chefs of the Future award. Groups will be judged on topics discussed throughout the session.
