Course Description

Debate, and especially the ability to communicate effectively to an informed audience, is a basic requirement in all academic disciplines. Whether you have no experience or are a seasoned veteran, you will benefit from becoming a better debater. This camp is an immersive experience that cannot be duplicated in the regular high school year. You will develop skills in goal development, event instruction, critical thinking, research expectations, case writing with individualized instructor revisions, block writing, responsive activities, tournament preparation, and competitive practice. Ages 14-18.
