Course Description

This 12-week course, 2017 National Electrical Code-Commercial Electrical Inspector (E2) and Electrician Class, will introduce you to the fundamental code requirements for proper installation of electrical systems in commercial and industrial buildings. The test preparation class will provide you with a firm foundation of electrical equipment, materials and installation techniques that will provide you the knowledge necessary to take the Commercial Electrical Inspector Certification Exam offered by the International Code Council (ICC). The instructor will identify and discuss general requirements of installations, services, bonding and grounding, wiring methods, hazardous locations, health care, swimming pools, and more.

Course Outline

This 12-week 2020 National Electrical Code - Commercial Electrical Inspector (E2) and Electrician will provide a comprehensive understanding of commercial and industrial electrical system installation codes. Prepare effectively for ICC testing with expert guidance on general requirements, services, bonding & grounding, wiring methods, hazardous locations, health care, and swimming pools. Benefit from practice quizzes, study guides, timed exams, and focused code section reviews to excel in the final exam. All students will be encouraged to test for ICC Commercial Electrical Inspector Certification (E2).

Learner Outcomes
