Course Description

The Business of Entertainment is an introductory course that examines the changing business issues associated with the entertainment industry. The course is designed for producers, directors, writers, development personnel, and aspiring media executives. It covers a wide range of topics, including financing, contracts, intellectual property issues, licensing, marketing, and distribution. The instruction is delivered through lectures, discussions, and case studies, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of the entertainment business. 


Course Outline
