Course Description

Participants will create a charcuterie board incorporating various decorative techniques. You will utilize the four S's; sweet, savory, salty and spicy to incorporate textures and colors to create a decorative Charcuterie board with tasty herb flavors. Participants will enjoy their creation at the end of the evening. Instructions and tips will be provided to take home.
