Course Description

Need a kick start to your outdoor cycling season? Indoor Cycling Winter Camp is designed to improve power, build endurance and develop a solid aerobic base for the outdoor season. This 10-week program follows a periodized schedule and is recommended for exercise enthusiasts, triathletes and all cyclists. Whether you plan to participate in a charity bike ride, compete in a triathlon or just want to get into great shape - this camp is for you! Coach Laura Crisman is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, has completed over 40 triathlons, is a USA Triathlon national qualifier, a Heart Zones Certified Trainer and participates in charitable cycling events. Spinner Pro Power bikes with computer console showing heart, rate, watts and cadence are utilized. Towels and heart rate monitors are available. Bring a refillable water bottle is recommended.
