Course Description

Let Qigong help your body adjust to the changing seasons of autumn to winter in this workshop. Our focus is on the kidney system. Kidney energy is closely linked to body vitality. We will do a moving Qigong practice, gentle meditation, and introduce techniques specifically focused on strengthening this system. Learn how you can help yourself have a happy, healthy winter.
