Course Description

Let Qigong help your body adjust to the changing season in this workshop. We will be releasing summer energy and welcoming the energy of autumn. Our focus is on the Lung System. We will do a moving Qigong practice, gentle meditation, and learn techniques specifically focused on opening the lung energy channels. This can help relieve seasonal symptoms, so you can fully enjoy the season.
