This course provides students with an introduction to basic digital skills needed for today’s workforce. Includes an overview of operating systems, cloud-based word processing, spreadsheets, presentation applications, collaboration and remote work basics and online job seeking strategies.

  2. Microsoft and Google cloud-based (web-based) apps
  3. Digital Resume
  4. Job search Strategies

Learner Outcomes

  • Identify different operating systems and browsers
  • Know how to access Microsoft and Google cloud-based (web-based) apps used in office settings
  • Know how to create a digital version of their resume
  • Understand the basics of targeting job search strategies
