  3. Open discussion and Q&A throughout the session
  4. A short quiz at the completion of the presentation and discussion to assess learnings
  5. A brief course survey about your experience

Learner Outcomes

  • Understand the general meaning and nature of supply chain management in today's business operations.
  • Review the various organizational models and roles that exist within a typical supply chain organization and the purpose of each.
  • Describe the varied methods companies use to ensure they “get what they pay for”.
  • Explain how companies ensure the safety and quality of their products.
  • Understand several options to manage the pricing and costs involved in a supply chain operation.
  • Discuss the key elements of an effective supplier relationship within a supply chain.
