Course Description

Learn how to build a comprehensive fundraising plan for all types of grantmakers. Explore websites to identify and evaluate corporate, foundation, and government grant opportunities and application guidelines. You will conduct strategic funding research, develop a strong plan of operation, and create a clear, credible project budget. Discover diverse grants across multiple sectors, learn current grant-writing trends, and gain strategies for managing awards, rejections, and future funding success.

Hardware Requirements:
This course can be taken on either a PC, Mac, or Chromebook.

Software Requirements:
PC: Windows 10 or later
Mac: macOS 10.6 or later
Browser: The latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are preferred; Microsoft Edge and Safari are also compatible
Microsoft Word or equivalent word processor (not included in enrollment)
Adobe Acrobat Reader (Software must be installed and fully operational before the course begins)
Must have email capabilities and a personal email account
