Course Description

This course provides reading, writing, listening, and conversational practice at the intermediate level. This is an in-person course covering various genres of literature from Latin America and Spain at an intermediate level.

Course Outline

•   Strengthen conversational fluency and listening comprehension
•   Improve reading and writing proficiency in Spanish
•   Explore a variety of literary genres from Latin America and Spain
•   Analyze and discuss texts in Spanish to enhance cultural and linguistic understanding

Notes

This is an in-person course in L311. Students will be exposed to various genres of literature in Spanish from Latin America and Spain. Email Gcruz@harpercollege.edu for further information. All students who have prior experience with or have taken classes in Spanish at another institution must speak with Prof. Cruz before registering for this course unless they have successfully completed SPA202 or SPA205.
