Course Outline

Session 1: Spain – Tradition & Innovation

Discover Spain’s iconic wine regions, learn about key grape varieties, and taste a selection of wines that showcase Spain’s rich winemaking traditions and modern innovations.

Session 2: Portugal – Beyond Port

Portugal is home to a stunning variety of wines, from the crisp Vinho Verde to the complex reds of the Alentejo. Explore indigenous grapes, the country’s unique winemaking techniques, and the world-famous Ports and Madeiras.
