Course Outline

Session 1: The Sparkling Spectrum
•    Explore the origins and traditions of sparkling wines from classic Champagne to Prosecco, Cava, and lesser-known varieties. Learn about the production methods that give these wines their signature fizz and unique flavor profiles.
Session 2: Sip, Savor, and Celebrate
•    Refine your palate with a guided tasting and learn how to pair sparkling wines with any food for any occasion. We’ll learn how sparkling wines symbolize joy, celebration, and connection in cultures worldwide.
