Course Outline

Session 1: Roots of Growth – A Foundation in Old World Wines
•    Delve into the rich history and traditions of Old World wines from regions like France, Italy and Spain.
Session 2: Reaching Out – New World Wines and Expanding Horizons
•    Explore how New World wines from regions such as America, Australia, and South Africa represent innovation and adaptability.
Session 3: Bearing Fruit – The Art of Sharing Knowledge and Wine
•    Celebrate the fruits of both wines and lifelong learning by exploring wine blending, pairing, and tasting techniques. Reflect on the ways we can give back by sharing knowledge, inspiring others, and savoring life’s achievements.
