Course Description

Discover how to restore fluid movement and release chronic tension—no special equipment or experience needed. With Hanna Somatic Education, you'll learn gentle, brain-based movements to improve flexibility, coordination, and comfort at any age. Each session concludes with a soothing iRest Yoga Nidra meditation, designed for deep relaxation and lasting well-being.
