Special Requests

As a Harper College Continuing Education student, you can purchase a Health and Recreation Center membership, receive a HarperCard photo ID, and gain access to Building M activities and facilities.

Get your HarperCard photo ID for a small fee:

• Photo ID ONLY (without access to campus benefits) — $5.00
• Photo ID plus access to campus benefits (Student Involvement). — $21.00
• Replacement for lost or stolen cards — $5.00 

Continuing Education students wishing to obtain your ID card should:

1. Visit or call the CE Registration staff to initiate an ID account. Call 847.925.6300 or visit the registration staff in the Lobby of Building W during regular business hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:40 p.m. Closed Saturday, Sunday, and college holidays. (Certain classes where it is important to have an ID will arrange for Step 1 to be completed automatically.)
2. Wait one business day and then visit the Harper College Box Office (Building J, Room J-135). If planning to make a special trip to campus for your I.D. card, please call the ID Card Office at 847.925.CARD (2273) to confirm your ID account is up to date. Bring a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport. This is required.
3. Cards are valid for three years from the date of issue.
