The Management and Office Operations Digital Badge applies focus in managing an office from an operational stand-point and with applying effective management skills to support staffing and departmental business needs. Emphasis is also applied in Employee Performance Management, Customer Service, Financial and Departmental Budgets, and also presenting to internal and external business stakeholders. Participants are required to complete the following courses: Office Management, Effective Management, Employee Motivation and Performance Management, Customer Service Essentials, Finance and Budgeting for Business Professionals and Effective Presentations to receive the Management and Office Operations Digital Badge.
