Course Description

Provides an introduction to literature from the French-speaking world and exposes students to a variety of literary genres and eras. Focuses on the development of more complex use of the language and addresses speaking, listening, writing, and reading. Attention is given to complexity, accuracy, and fluency.

Synchronous, real time interactive, sessions with the instructor will be expected. These sessions may be recorded and made available. You must have access to a computer with reliable Internet access, web cam, microphone, and basic computer skills to successfully complete this course. Active participation, ability to work independently and with a partner online are expected.
