Course Description

Discover the regional flavors of cocoa beans, the process involved in chocolate making, and the economic impact of the world’s third most traded commodity. Participants will savor gourmet dark chocolates with cocoa cultivated around the world during the session. The audience will gain familiarity with the numerous stages in cocoa production and bean preparation from an experienced chocolatier and botanist.Course held at Chicago Botanic Garden, Parking Included Judy Logback,      Social Entrepreneur, Forester, Botanist & Supply Chain Specialist.  Fee $32.00, Classroom 4, Learning Center, Tuesday September 15, 2020, 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
