Course Description

This 15-hour course plus the 75-hour course, LRE8170, allows you to sit for the Illinois Real Estate Broker license exam. Apply what you’ve learned in the introductory course through case studies and role playing activities. All required topics are covered including listing presentations, buyer representations, purchase agreements, negotiating, closing costs, and anti-trust. To sit for the licensing exam, you must be 21 years of age and have a GED or be a HS graduate. Books are available at the HarperStore. Prerequisite:LRE0002
