Continue your practice of Yoga in this intermediate course designed to refine your techniques and provide new challenges. You will continue to learn/refine poses but will also work on creating balance, thus wellness, within all layers of your being--physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. This class is designed as the next step for those who have taken Yoga for Beginners at Harper or have a similar level of experience. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat (a yoga belt, block and blanket may also be utilized). You may repeat your enrollment in the class as many times as desired.
