This class is a fusion class of two of our most popular aerial classes. The first half of class incorporates stretches and basic strength training exercises to ease you into the comfort of the fabric while the second half of class involves exciting tricks, poses, and inversions. Fabric hammocks assist in spinal decompression and increase your strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Build confidence and deepen your self-understanding through this exciting form of fitness. Through both grounded and inverted poses, you’ll explore all the exciting shapes your didn't realize your body could make. Please wear fitted clothing that cover the backs of your knees, underarms, and midsection, such as capris or leggings and a shirt with sleeves. No previous experience necessary; classes are multi-level.
