Course Description

Join us once a week for 8 weeks to develop essential Spanish skills for law enforcement. Learn practical, easy-to-use phrases to gather key information and communicate confidently in real-world situations. 

 


 

Course Outline

•    Learn simple, practical Spanish phrases commonly used in law enforcement
•    Develop the ability to gather basic information from Spanish-speaking individuals
•    Build confidence in using Spanish during routine interactions and emergency situations
•    Improve pronunciation and listening comprehension relevant to the field
 

Learner Outcomes

•    Weekly, instructor-led sessions
•    Role-playing and situational practice
•    Focused vocabulary and pronunciation exercises

 

Notes

Late-start / 8-week blended class combining online instruction and weekly attendance T, 11-1pm. This is a non-grammar based course. No prior knowledge of Spanish is required to take this course, though completion of 101 or some basic experience with the language is preferred.
