About Your Instructor
Farah Ali is an HR leader with extensive experience in employee development, professional coaching, and workplace leadership. She currently serves as the Head of HR at Cedar Electronics, where she designs and implements corporate training programs focused on communication, leadership, and career growth. With a passion for empowering professionals, she has helped individuals and teams improve productivity, confidence, and business etiquette.
Farah holds a double major from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. She is also a CPA, bringing a strong analytical and business perspective to her training approach. As a former Harper College student, she combines firsthand knowledge of the institution’s academic experience with real-world HR leadership insights to guide students toward career success.
