Course Description

This Japanese martial art is derived from samurai fighting styles using joint locks, throws and pins to counter the force of aggressors. Wooden weapons (sword and staff, provided) are also used as a way to enhance training. The goal of practice is self-improvement. Wear comfortable clothing such as sweatpants, no shorts.
