Course Description

Sitting Qigong practice is a great alternative for anyone who may be unable to perform a standing practice and still get observable benefits! An ancient Chinese practice, Qigong helps to balance the energy of the body, mind, and spirit. In this 30 minute class, we will use simple, gentle movements, along with breath and visualization, while seated, to open energy blockages and help bring ourselves into physical, mental and emotional balance. Benefits include increased energy, better sleep, pain reduction, stress relief, and overall wellbeing.
