About Your Instructor
As founder of JRS Marketing Communications, Joe Skibbie has been helping businesses “Be Seen” and “Be Heard” for over 20 years. A traditionalist who cut his teeth in the Financial Services Industry, Joe understands the rapidly shifting Communications environment and brings his experience as a Small Business Advocate and Entrepreneur to his clients. Joe has a grounding in traditional communications practice and shares how integrating digital marketing strategies can expand a campaign’s reach. Joe’s passion is helping his clients grow. Joe is anxious to help clients “Be Seen” and “Be Heard”.
A member of the NWI Food Council and South Shore Arts Board, Joe also serves on the Board of the Crown Point Rotary Club. Joe is an active community member and participates as a member of the Arlington Heights, Valparaiso, and Crossroads Chambers of Commerce. An avid gardener, when Joe is not helping to grow businesses through marketing, he keeps busy planting, watering, and weeding.
