Course Description

Join us for a delicious Mexican meal prepared by you at home. We will start with a charred salsa favored by Mayans, followed by Snapper Veracruzano that features the Spanish and African influence of foods from Veracrus. We will pair it with Spanish rice and a refreshing drink with Flor da Jamaica.

All ingredients, shopping list, equipment and recipe will be sent to you in advance.
