You must be an Illinois resident 16 years of age or older. The BRCe covers the basics of operating a motorcycle and safety-oriented mental strategies. The course may also earn you an insurance discount. A web link will be supplied to those who pre-register for the course, approximately 30 days prior to the first in-person session, which will allow you to complete the online component of the course at no cost. The online component covers only the workbook knowledge and is not a substitute for a complete course.
