Whether you’re an avid reader, an aspiring writer, or someone who loves the creative energy of language, the Festival for Readers and Writers event invites you to spend the day celebrating the written word.  

Enjoy presentations and panels, meet local authors and find your next read, listen to readings by authors of children's and middle grade books, interact with our featured local libraries, and enjoy a live performance by our very own Harper's Back Porch Revue.
