LPM0010 - Project Management Specialist Digital Badge

Course Description

The Project Management Digital badge teaches practices of project management to manage a project from start to finish. Emphasis is applied to the basic concepts of project management, how to launch, monitor, and manage a project along with ensuring costs and resources are managed. Project risk, quality, and compliance are also emphasized. Students will also work with Microsoft Project software to draft a project plan, build a new project, track progress and analyze costs. Participants are required to complete the following courses: Project Management Essentials an Introduction to MS Project to receive the Project Management Specialist Digital Badge.
