Course Description

Let Qigong help your body adjust to the changing season in this workshop. We will be releasing Winter energy and welcoming the energy of Spring. Our focus is on the Liver System. We will do a moving Qigong practice and a gentle meditation, specifically focused on detoxifying the liver channels. Additionally, we will use techniques for the Lung System to help relieve seasonal symptoms. This is open to all levels. You may bring a meditation pillow for sitting or laying on as well as a light blanket. Yoga mats provided.
